Was always a fan of the selection at CT, but this one is not at all customer service friendly. Oftentimes the only cash open is the customer service desk. On a busy Saturday there might be 2 cash open. But good luck finding help! Many people have moved on out of frustration!
Normally this store is fine, but on a huge sale Saturday around noon, there was No Cashiers on at all, except customer service, which caused a huge lineup. Then when someone finally came to open up a register, she grumbled and complained about it. Not acceptable at all.
The regular cashiers are very nice. However, during the peak times...there is often 2 lines open. Often purchase an item on sale, to find pieces missing or things just don't fit. Most frustrating was purchasing dog treats and discovering the best before date was a year past.... I don't believe the owner/manager really care about their customers.
Staff has no idea about stock. Multiple times tried to get auto parts giving make and model. Only to get home to find wrong parts. This has happened too many times to count. Went in today to get items asked about "pansies" (flowers) that were $.99., took multiple attempts to get cashier to understand what a pansy was. Had to actually spell the word.in the end the warehouse, and garage where pansies were and the cashier couldn't seem to get it together. Left with no plants.It's gotten ridiculous !!!
My favourite store to shop. Fabulous service in parts department and customer service!
