Have been with Archway since I could start driving and love the service I get there but the 2 stars is due to the windows 99 type computer system you have there. I went into the branch recently to get a quote and your computer systems are so out of date they lagged out and froze on the person trying to help me out and they could not provide me a quote. Insurance companies are not in the business of losing money so I know you have the money to make the changes to better support your staff and customers. We are on windows 10 now. Time to make a change.
