They do not deserve any stars for the poor quality of flowers and the way the owner talked to my mother. I cannot believe the lack of customer service and the how blatantly rude she was. Extremely dissappointed and unsatisfactory. If you want nice flowers please take your business elsewhere.

Hello, (my mother) was the recipient of flowers from Plant Place & Flower Basket for Valentine's Day. The arrangement was beautiful! Unfortunately, within 3 days (Wednesday - Saturday), ALL of the roses were droopy, wilted and dying. The price was a bit steep too; I assume that's because of supply and demand for the holiday.
I ordered a heart shaped flower arrangement for my wife since I'm deployed overseas I couldn't take care of it in person. The flowers finally arrived at 230 in the afternoon. And when she finally received them the arrangement was the size of her hand! Or smaller. For $60 I would expect a decent size especially since they weren't even roses. I will never be ordering from here again.
Fresh flowers daily. $20 goes a long way for a very nice arrangement.
